About us
About Plastic Human
Plastic Human was created to explore a question many of us rarely stop to consider:
How is everyday plastic affecting our bodies and our health?
We live in a world surrounded by plastic—from the food we eat and the water we drink, to the air we breathe. While plastic has made modern life more convenient, growing research suggests it may also come with hidden costs.
This website is dedicated to breaking down complex scientific findings into clear, understandable insights. The goal is not to create fear, but to provide awareness—so individuals can make more informed choices in their daily lives.
Why This Website Exists
Plastic Human started from a simple curiosity: noticing how often plastic shows up in everyday life, and wondering what that really means for long-term health.
As research around microplastics and chemical exposure continues to evolve, it became clear that there is a gap between scientific studies and what most people actually understand.
This platform aims to bridge that gap.
Our Approach
-
We focus on research-based information
-
We simplify complex topics into practical insights
-
We avoid exaggeration and stick to what evidence suggests
-
We acknowledge when science is still developing
A Work in Progress
Understanding the impact of plastics on human health is still an emerging field. Not all answers are clear yet—but asking better questions is a start.
Plastic Human is a growing resource, and will continue to evolve as new research and information becomes available.
The mission is simple:
To help you better understand the world you live in—and how it may be affecting you.
